How close to the original will the painting be?
The paintings we offer are painstakingly reproduced. All the paintings on this site are the work of our talented artists. They have perfected their expertise through years of formal study and many more years of full-time painting. our Master Artist has hand picked every artist on our staff. Each is accomplished in a particular field, style or period of Art, to capture the vision and life of the original work. No painting leaves Art Works until Van has personally inspected it.

What about copyright laws ?
Only works of art which are in the public domain and no longer subject to copyright can be reproduced. Copyright belongs to the artist or their estate until 50 years after the artist death (70 years in Europe).

What is the difference between your paintings and less expensive paintings that I have seen offered elsewhere?
You will only receive the highest quality painting , best service and best prices from our company.

Are the paintings framed?
We don't offer framing as we ship the paintings rolled inside a protective tube. You can choose amongst a larger variety of frames from local framers than what any on-line store could offer, at a fair price.

How much will the painting cost ?
The cost of the painting will depend on the complexity of the original work and the size. All prices and sizes are individually marked in our gallery.

What payment methods can I use?
We accept Visa, Master and eCheck using PayPal. You may pay using your credit card if you hate PayPal.

Can I order a favourite painting of mine, which is not in your catalogue or is different by size from the offered?
Of course you can order every painting you pick from the World art heritage or different in size. You only have to fill in our Order Form and describe your desires to us. We will answer you immediately to discuss your requirements and our abilities.

How much is the shipping fee?
For all destinations, the professional packaging, handling, insurance and shipping are all Free!

How are my paintings shipped?
Your paintings will be insured and safely posted no matter where you live. Orders are usually shipped via EMS. All items are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit.

How do I know when my order has been shipped?
During processing and shipping of your paintings you will receive status e-mails from us to keep you up to date on the status of your order, giving you total piece of mind. We inform you regularly about the completion of the art reproduction.

How long does it take before I get the painting?
All orders are processed within 1 business day of receiving payment. Usually, We are able to ship within 15/20 days.

What if I don't like the painting?
Let's make this simple. If you aren't happy, we're not happy.
Our genuine commitment is to guarantee your full satisfaction or your money back - no questions asked. If you are not happy then we either replace your painting or give you a refund. Shipping charges however will not be refunded.

What is your return policy?
In the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied that the work is perfect, send it back within 5 business days of receiving it and we will correct the problem. If you are still unsatisfied after we have corrected it then we will refund 100% of your deposit, credit card fees, or Paypal fees - once we receive the painting back.
